Work-life balance isn’t something that just happens. It’s something you create intentionally.

As a mum of three and an entrepreneur running multiple businesses, people often ask, “How do you do it all?”

The answer is simple: I focus on creating what I call 360º success.

Success isn’t just about business or money, it’s about health, family, relationships, personal growth, and happiness. When all these areas are nurtured, life feels balanced and fulfilling.

The Myth of “No Time”

We all have 24 hours a day. Yet, some people manage to build businesses, stay fit, and enjoy family time – while others feel stuck and overwhelmed.

The difference? Priorities.

When something is truly important, you’ll make time for it. If you say you don’t have time, it’s usually not high on your priority list.

My Journey to Balance

I wasn’t always this organised.

At 20, I became a single mum. I had no family support, was juggling uni, raising my son, and dealing with body and confidence issues.

I had to learn how to juggle, and fast.

I couldn’t drop my studies, I couldn’t stop being a mum, and I couldn’t ignore my health.

Those years taught me resilience and how to focus on what truly matters – lessons I now use to balance business and life.

Reflect with the 5 Pillars of 360º Success

To create true work-life balance, I focus on what I call the 5 Pillars of 360º SuccessEmpowered Connection, Business Freedom, Self-Mastery, Family Balance & Life Experiences

Every few months, I look at these pillars and ask myself: “Where am I strong, and where am I falling behind?” Maybe my business is thriving, but I haven’t been prioritising fun. Or my health needs more attention.

This self-reflection helps me stay balanced across all areas that matter most, without feeling like I need to do everything at once.

Plan Your Life with Intention

Work-life balance requires intentional planning.

I plan my year in advance. Family trips, date nights, and self-care days are locked into my calendar. They’re as important as any business meeting.

Then I plan weekly and daily. If I want to go to the gym, I don’t just “hope” I’ll find the time. I book it into my calendar as if it’s an appointment I can’t miss.

Build Small Habits

I didn’t start out with perfect balance. I built it, one habit at a time.

Want better health? Start with a 10-minute walk three times a week. Want to build stronger family bonds? Try spending 15 minutes of quality time with your kids each night.

These small wins compound over time. They give you the confidence to tackle bigger goals.

Know Your Mission

A huge part of having 360º success is having a mission.

I believe I was meant to rise from my challenges and help others create freedom in their lives.

My businesses create jobs for people worldwide, giving them the opportunity to work from home and build a better life.

When you know your mission, it’s easier to make decisions, manage your time, and stay motivated.

  2. Plan – Create a yearly plan, then break it down into weekly and daily intentions. Make time for both work and joy.
  3. Prioritise – Be honest about what matters most. Don’t try to balance everything at once – focus on the areas that need your energy now.
  4. Act – Build small habits and stick to them. Progress comes from consistent, intentional action.

Work-life balance is about more than just time management. It’s about creating a life that feels good in every area.
