Wow! It’s so fast! I can’t believe that 2015 is almost finish! I’m excited because 2016 is coming. I’m excited because I know that it’s another year for challenges, a new chapter of happiness and just a new start for anything.

But first off, here’s my annual review for the year. Because so many things have happened in my life this year, I’m going to do a quick recap of my 2015! Yeah the highlights of my year!

My 2015

In terms of my personal life, I had a baby boy, it was the highlight of the year. He is a very good baby, sleeps and eat all the time. I love kids and plan to have a big family, maybe one more kid after this which makes it total of 4. I think kids bring so much joy to your life and make life worth living for.

This year, I also started splurging on some designer handbags. I never felt like I should spend money on these things as I always felt like it’s a waste of money, money that I can put towards mortgage and holiday etc. However as I grow up, I feel a change in me. I like to look good and feel good more nowadays compared to when I was younger. I want to enjoy the moment more, so I decide that if I can afford to pay for a handbag with my own money then why not.

I also found my new favourite restaurant, and I’d really like to recommend it, if you’re in Sydney, to dine in here! One of the best restaurant that left a great memory for us, was Kobe Jones in Sydney. It is a Japanese restaurant. Everything in the menu was so good. It is fine dining Japanese food. We didn’t think Japanese food can be as good as that. Customer service was so good too. So don’t miss it!

Another date night without the kids.!Love weekends!

And I’ll say that, 2015 is really a great year for my career and business. On the 2nd quarter of 2015, I was recognized and given an award as 2015 Young Professionals Alliance Awards (YPA) by Hong Kong Australia Business Association NSW Chapter.

I was honoured by the Hong Kong Australia Business Association NSW Chapter by recognising her as the recipient of the 2015 Young Professionals Alliance Awards (YPA) last July 28, 2015 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney.

I also made the best move in business this year where I partnered with Charley who’s very awesome and really loves lead generation. Over the years I learnt my strength and weaknesses. I’m great at building a great team, recruiting great talent and delivering exceptional service, but not so great at looking for customers. It was a dream come true to find a partner who can do that for me. He on the other hand doesn’t like the customer side, so we make such a great partnership. We have been able to turn Outsourcing Angel – our business to grow a lot in short period of time. Create many raving fans and a team of VAs who enjoy going to work. It has been the highlight of the year for me. Running a business that I truly enjoy because I don’t have to wear many hats, I do what i love and are great at most, while relying on my partner and team to do their part. We are also active on conducting outreach programs yearly, for this year’s outreach program, the team behind Outsourcing Angel graciously selected the kids from the Dumagat tribe, an ethnic group found in Northern Luzon, Philippines. With our outreach program, we we’re so happy to have given these children a reason to smile and be kids even just for a day.

My reflections and learning is I guess, continue to do what you love, enjoy all the little things that you have, embrace it! And don’t be scared to explore and try new things, don’t let fear or insecurity stop you from trying new things, always believe in yourself!

And that’s it! May this Happy New year brings you the long lasting Happiness and Success! A great new start that make you and your dears happy and Joyful Happy New Year and Seasons greetings.
